1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the e-Karamchari Employee Self-Service Portal, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. This portal is exclusively for employees of the Municipal Corporation of Delhi (MCD).
2. User Responsibilities
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
- You must not share your Employee ID and password with anyone.
- You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
- You must immediately notify the administrator if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
3. Acceptable Use
The portal should be used only for official purposes including:
- Applying for leaves
- Marking attendance
- Submitting grievances
- Viewing service records
- Updating personal information
4. Leave Policy
- Casual Leave (CL): 45 days per year
- Maximum 30 days leave can be applied at a time
- Leave applications must be submitted in advance except for emergencies
- Approval is subject to departmental requirements and availability
5. Attendance Policy
- Attendance is automatically marked upon login
- Check-in after 9:30 AM will be marked as Half Day
- Minimum 8 hours of work required for full day attendance
- Sunday is a weekly off
6. Grievance Policy
- Grievances should be submitted with accurate and complete information
- False or misleading grievances may result in disciplinary action
- Resolution time depends on the category and priority of the grievance
7. Data Privacy
Your personal information is protected and will only be used for official purposes. We do not share your data with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.
8. Security
- Sessions expire after 8 hours of inactivity
- Account will be locked after 5 failed login attempts
- Password must be at least 8 characters long
9. Modifications
The administration reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes.
